- If you need to cancel an order, please contact is here. Due to the fast processing time we provide, we can only guarantee the cancellation request of your order if:

- *Has not been shipped yet
- *Is not yet in the processing stage.
- Your order was placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday, and we receive your cancellation request by 6:00 AM (EST) on Monday.
- Please Note: There are no charges for cancellations prior to shipping. The customer is held responsible for all shipping charges for orders canceled after shipment.
